The building is an 4,280 s.f., two-story structure that includes reception/office space, waiting area, patient’s rooms, break room, enclosed offices, and restrooms on the first floor, with doctor’s private lounge and restroom on the second floor.

LDDBlueline was selected to provide full Architectural and Interior design services for Oakhurst Medical Center’s newest location in Decatur, Georgia. The exterior skin of the 12,505 S.F. single story medical office building consists of steel frame construction with brick and Nichiha panels with aluminum and glass window systems. The facility includes Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Dental, Optometry and Ophthalmology Retail, a Community Meeting Room and staff support spaces. Due to the successful process throughout the project, LDDBlueline continues to work with Darden Company.

The exterior skin of the 62,136 S.F. medical office building consists of steel frame construction with brick, stone, metal and Nichiha panels with aluminum and glass window systems. The design for the shell building includes all public spaces, fire egress stairs, elevators and support spaces. LDDBlueline Interiors provided tenant fit-out design for many of the suites:
