  • Southern First Bank

    Southern First Bank

Southern First Bank partnered with LDDBlueline™ for their Atlanta location in the 309 East Paces Ferry building. The design goal was to create a welcoming and spacious lobby and queuing area for customers. The offices were purposefully placed along the street view to draw attraction from passersby, as well as to provide maximum sunlight into the interior space. The exposed to structure ceiling in the lobby was accentuated with floating soffits. Special attention was paid to the design of the vault and overall security concerns. More elevated finishes and design were implemented in the boardroom for a more executive feel.

  • Burnt Hickory Community Center

    Burnt Hickory Community Center

LDDBlueline™ was part of the team that helped develop the new 120-acre park in Paulding County that includes the construction of athletic fields, tennis courts, a Community Center, and support buildings. The County desired a more rustic look for all the buildings, so the community center, with a lodge feel, includes two classrooms, an arts & crafts classroom, two aerobics rooms, two racquetball courts, and a large meeting space. The support buildings continue this vocabulary in a simplified manner to provide a campus feel within the entire park.

  • Gift and Thrift

    Gift and Thrift

The success of Gift and Thrift drove an expansion and renovation to their existing operations.  More floor space was needed to feature distinct categories of wares.  A furniture area was added along with expanded receiving and processing areas.  A sister organization—Booksavers—got their own display and sales area.  A separate street entrance for people dropping off goods was placed on the opposite side of the building from customer parking along with a separate staff parking area.  The expanded facility allows Gift and Thrift to receive and sell more items, generating funds for world-wide relief and keeping significant materials out of landfills.
