    LDDBlueline™ was selected to provide full architectural and interior design services for this project that includes targeted renovation and re-purposing the building with the goal to improve the quality of the University’s student experience by integrating key student services efficiently in a single location and enhancing the quality of student assembly, meeting, and dining spaces in the campus core. Key building systems were renewed to improve functional quality. LDDBlueline™ coordinated all FFE and kitchen equipment for the updated dining hall.

    University of North Georgia, Martha T. Nesbitt New Academic and Laboratory Building

    This state-of-the-art facility nearly doubles the instructional space of the main campus of University of North Georgia. The building’s primary role is to provide general instruction space and faculty offices for the entire campus. The programmed space includes 27 general classrooms, 13 instructional labs, specialty labs for foreign languages and media production, 94 faculty offices, conference rooms, distance learning video conference rooms, a coffee shop, and a 260-seat multi-purpose room. Also included is a large mechanical room to accommodate an energy plant for future neighboring buildings. LDDBlueline™ provided full architectural and interior design services.

    St. Pius X High School New Education Building

    The new St. Pius X Education Building plan is a two-story structure designed to strengthen the “STEM” curriculum at this college preparatory school. Set in an urban context and serving a diverse population, the new building incorporates labs, classrooms, a media center/library, and offices. The modern design, clad in stone and brick, features a two-story atrium lobby. Previous phases include a new student entrance, education spaces, and exterior improvements. A school community survey conducted by LDDBlueline™ helped shape the project agenda and program.

  • Lone Star College Fallbrook

    Lone Star College Fallbrook

    This 51,000 SF tilt-wall constructed facility accommodates 3,500 students and features nine traditional classrooms each with the capacity for 24 students; four computer classrooms; two science labs; one collaboration-based classroom; a warehouse lab, which serves as a central food distribution hub for all LSC-Houston North campuses; and a student services area. All classrooms are WebEx enabled, which allows streaming from any of them. For students, all furniture within the lobby and open study areas includes outlets for phone chargers.
