LDDBlueline™ provided site work and architectural and interior design services for the building renovation and building additions to the Marietta Public Works Facility which were completed in two (2) phases over several years. The existing pre-engineered metal building houses the fleet garage operations which services all city-owned large vehicles as well as smaller vehicles. Phase I consists of renovations of the office and warehouse area, enclosing a rear canopy to create a connector corridor between buildings and a new addition containing a state-of-the-art traffic control center. Phase 2 consists of a new pre-engineered metal building addition to house 8 small vehicle garage bays. Renovation of the large vehicle bays include new mobile column lifts for larger vehicles, vehicle exhaust system, new overhead glass doors, a NAPA parts center with storage mezzanine, all new finishes and employee offices and locker rooms.
