Resurgens Orthopaedics
LDDBlueline worked with each tenant and Northside Hospital – Forsyth for all aspects of the Space Planning / Interior Design Services. Included in the design is a new aquatic therapy pool which includes zero entry for ease of patients getting in and out without the use of stairs. An underwater treadmill was also installed in the pool for therapy exercises. Also, LDDBlueline designed a variety of rehabilitation or therapy areas. These spaces are typically large, open rooms with a few adjacent, individual treatment rooms. LDDBlueline often times help layout the individual pieces of equipment throughout the rehabilitation space, along with customizing millwork and/or finish items to meet specific therapy needs.

This new medical office building is a 1-story, single tenant facility and includes 22 Mohs and Aesthetic Exam rooms, aesthetic services area, administrative offices, break room, and work stations.

Newnan Dermatology, LLC
On a four-acre site, this 103,869 square foot medical office building consists of four stories of tenant space and a 119,325 square foot, 351-space, pre-cast concrete parking deck which connects to the building with a covered walkway. The building is a Class A Medical Office Building for Northside Hospital. It houses various physician offices and clinical spaces supporting the Northside Cherokee Hospital campus. The building exterior is brick-clad architectural precast wall panels with blue-tinted glazing.
In 2016, a 2,200 s.f. addition to the shell building was required to support an Ambulatory Surgery Center for this facility. The construction of the new addition matched the existing building’s brick-clad precast concrete wall panels with high performance glass. LDDBlueline provided full architectural and interior design services for the addition and the Surgery Center. The Ambulatory Surgery Center includes three (3) operating rooms and one procedure room with required support and patient areas.

Our Interior Design Studio also provided interior design services for Piedmont Healthcare’s imaging suite, cardiology suite, primary care suite, and pulmonology suite. 660 Cherokee Street consists of steel frame construction with brick and EIFS for the exterior skin with aluminum and glass window systems.

The facility includes Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Dental, Optometry and Ophthalmology Retail, a Community Meeting Room and staff support spaces. Due to the successful process throughout the project, LDDBlueline continues to work with Darden Company.

Remedy Medical Properties
The Georgia Dermatology Partners suite includes exam rooms, Mohs procedure areas, retail areas and a derm pathology lab. The challenge of this project was to provide enough privacy for the Mohs patients yet allow them to have access to more comfortable waiting areas. Additional space planning work was required to provide a separate private entrance for high-profile patients. These patients were not expected to enter the normal check in/waiting area. Custom glass shelving was also designed to showcase products to patients.
