Herrington Medical Office Building I

LDDBlueline was selected to provide full Architectural services for Herrington MOB I. The exterior skin of the 62,136 S.F. medical office building consists of steel frame construction with brick, stone, metal and Nichiha panels with aluminum and glass window systems. The design for the shell building includes all public spaces, fire egress stairs, elevators and support spaces. LDDBlueline Interiors provided tenant fit-out design for many of the suites:
